Staying in the Soledad room was a unique and enchanting experience with great amenities, a comfy bed, and a love for the coffee machine. However, the excessive brightness from the big windows was a bit troublesome as I kept stubbing my toes. The room was very clean, well-located, and offered great value for the price.

The Soledad room was different and utterly enchanting, with great amenities, a comfortable bed, and a lovely coffee machine. The only downside was the excessive clarity from the big windows causing me to stub my toes.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the historic center of Puebla, making it convenient to explore the city. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to ensure our comfort. However, the room layout with awkwardly placed steps and guards was a bit inconvenient, and the dining options were somewhat limited.

Rooms

The rooms were clean and cozy, although the layout with awkwardly placed steps and guards into 3 rooms was a bit odd. The closet/armoire in an alcove added a unique touch but felt a little cramped at times.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Soledad in Puebla. The rooms were fantastic with great amenities and a comfortable bed, but the lack of windows was a downside. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Liz, who went out of her way to ensure we were well taken care of. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the historic center. Dining options were nice but not extensive. Overall, a great value for the price.
